Keep in mind:

1. We can't open native Corel or Freehand files, but you can save those files into other file formats we can open, like PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, and AI. It's not hard, call us if you need assistance.

2. If your files are very large, or you have many files, put them all in one folder, then compress the folder into one file before sending. You can use Stuffit for Macintosh and Winzip for Windows to do this (or whatever compression program you have). Call if you need help.
